Everyone is Following Me on Twitter Except My Typing Teacher

In 1976, while a sophomore in high school, sitting in typing class, my teacher walked by and slapped me on the knuckles with a wooden ruler. Ouch, I should be use to it by now as I had a hard time learning to type. I always wanted to watch the keyboard (and still do.) So I may not be the fastest typist or burn up a keyboard but fast forward to the present and I have learned the secret to getting a lot of targeted people in my niches to follow me on Twitter.
Imagine my surprise, to find in the last 30 days my secret Twitter Tool has allowed me to find 1,753 local people who are participating in the same conversation as my niche market. Might I add, with very little time spent on my behalf. That's what I am talking about. My biggest pet peeve is time suckers, I hate to spend my time doing anything that doesn't have a ROI greater that my perceived value per hour. Yeah, like some of you I thought that Twitter was nothing more than a new way to suck my valuable time. Hey, it is fun, but my question was ….how the heck do I use it? And second of all, how can I automate it so that it does not take all of my time?
Guess what? I was wrong. While sitting in the audience at StomperNet Live 7 event in Atlanta listening to Perry Belcher discussing using Twitter my mindset began to change. But still, in my mind, my head was spinning as to how I could use Twitter and leverage my time. Leveraging my time is always in the forefront of any strategy, so the question was how.
Luckily, being a StomperNet professional business coach, I get to hang out with some brilliant people, my clients! Some of my clients work with development teams that create tools to make things easier. I am not going to drop any names here but in the next few days, I will release the name of the tool and a link to sign up for it. So, stay tuned my friends and you too will be able to turbo charge the number of followers.
