Getting More Targeted Twitter Followers

For those of you that are using Twitter, you are probably trying to leverage finding people that are interested in your conversation. This strategy makes perfect sense. You have probably realized by now how important is is to offer valuable conversation and not just be a spammer. I hate spammers, I just deleted 15 spam comments from this very blog, ARRRGH.
Being labeled a spammer is the kiss of death on Twitter. It is all about the conversation and the contribution you can make. Then you can randomly add a marketing message in a very subtle way.
People are also using Twitter to geo-target people in their local market , but wouldn't it be great if you has a Twitter tool that would allow you to segment people you follow by their conversation topic? I mean that would be a much more receptive audience right?
Then your message would not be considered spam and you could join in the conversation and provide a valuable message that pertains to their interest. That's what I call a win-win situation, having a large number of followers that are interested in your conversation.
